Igniting Humanity (IH) is a social enterprise committed to creating positive social change and empowering communities. Since our establishment in 2017, we have been dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals and fostering sustainable development.
Through our innovative programs, we provide skills development, knowledge transfer, and employment opportunities, enabling individuals and communities to thrive.

Igniting Humanity Foundation (IH Foundation) is the NPC division which focuses on social impact interventions in remote communities. The IH Foundation delivers youth development programmes to transition unemployed youth into employability and self enterprising opportunities.

In doing so, we contribute to sustainable living and create pathways for individuals to reach their full potential. We believe that every person deserves access to equal opportunities and the tools to succeed, and we are committed to making a lasting impact in the areas we serve.
Our Approach
At Igniting Humanity, we take a holistic and systems thinking approach. We understand that true transformation requires comprehensive support. That's why we provide developmental assistance to small businesses while integrating youth employment into our programs. We focus on sectors such as Digital and ICT, Agriculture, and Renewable Energy, harnessing the potential of emerging industries to create sustainable employment opportunities.
Our Impact
Over the years, Igniting Humanity has successfully implemented scalable development initiatives that have restructured local communities from segregated spaces to inclusive hubs of enterprise development. Our impact can be seen through the transformation of lives, the growth of micro-enterprises in rural communities, and the cultivation of skills that lead to meaningful employment and improved livelihoods. We have reached over 500 youth across South Africa, investing millions into local communities.

We assist in the reduction of carbon emission by providing affordable, energy-efficient home improvement solutions for low-income households and address the need for electricity in a sustainable way
